Each December, our community comes together to embrace the spirit of the season while creating meaningful impact. As part of our mission to support families and children in need, we proudly host our annual 12 Bars of Christmas Pub Crawl & Charity Toy Drive—a festive tradition that unites residents, supporters, and local businesses.
Participants are invited to enjoy a joyful holiday experience, visit our partnering local establishments, and contribute new, unwrapped toys that bring warmth and happiness to children during the holiday season. Together, we turn celebration into generosity and good times into lasting goodwill.

Our Mission
The 12 Bars Hermosa Beach Charity Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to strengthening community ties and giving back through meaningful, community-centered events. What began as a small holiday pub crawl among friends has grown into a cherished local tradition—one that now brings joy to the community and provides essential support to hundreds of families each holiday season.
Why We Do It
We believe that joy, unity, and compassion are at the heart of a thriving community. By combining festive celebration with purposeful giving, we create opportunities for people to come together while making a tangible impact. Through our annual toy drive, hosted in partnership with the Hermosa Beach Police Department, we directly support families in need and help ensure every child experiences the magic and warmth of the holiday season.

Get ready to jingle your way through Pier Avenue and Hermosa Avenue as we kick off one of our community’s favorite holiday traditions!
Event Details
Date: Friday, December 13, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM – Midnight
Cost: Free to participate — simply bring a new, unwrapped toy 🎁
Dress Code: Ugly holiday sweaters, Santa suits, reindeer onesies—anything festive and fun!
Where Your Donation Goes: All toys collected will be donated to the Hermosa Beach Police Department Toy Drive, supporting local children and families during the holiday season.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
